Consultations take place on Zoom video calls where you have the option to show your space in real time on video, screen share, and show any additional images you have. During your video call you can ask questions, get feedback on your current space or get feedback on ideas you are considering. Consultations have no set structure since each appointment is personally tailored to you. Preparation is key to maximize the allotted time with Lane as these consultations are meant to be collaborative.

You can prepare as much or as little as you need since each consultation is personally tailored to your needs. In order for collaboration to take place we encourage you to gather any supporting documents before your call and have ready at the time of your meeting. Some clients have included inspiration images, furniture/decor being considered, floor plans, possible layouts, and cabinet drawings, etc.
